This Conference is devoted to cover recent advances about
singularities and differential equations. The main topics will be:
resolution of singularities, local study of singularities, singular
foliations, differential algebra, asymptotic analysis, and
differential and geometrical study of dynamical systems. Moreover,
during this conference we shall celebrate the 60th birthday
of José Manuel Aroca, covering the different areas of
Mathematics developed during his scientific activity.
